Program Description:

Women with uterine pathology, such as uterine fibroids, are assessed for the appropriateness of nonsurgical interventions. The Center offers the option of uterine artery embolization as an alternative to surgical procedures to treat symptomatic uterine fibroids. Women who undergo uterine artery embolization for the treatment of fibroids have the ability for pregnancy after this procedure.
