Program Description:
Center for Healthy Aging at Parker Stonegate (CHAPS) is the clinical office setting for the Geriatric Division of the Department of Family Medicine. Services include:
- primary geriatric medical care with ambulatory visits within the Pavilion's medical suite offices
- assisted living residence and nursing home visits within Parker Stonegate facilities.
- provide preventive care, senior Sports medicine, integrative medicine including acupuncture, nutritional/herbal medicine consultation, and massage therapy.
- specialty assessments, including exercise prescriptions, mobility enhancement, memory enhancement, and medication review.
