Program Description:
Acupuncture corrects the flow of energy within the body through the stimulation of specific points by the insertion of very fine needles just beneath the surface of the skin. While acupuncture has most often been associated with the management of pain, it has also been found to be effective in areas, such as substance cravings; digestive, respiratory, neurological and muscular disorders; and urinary, menstrual and reproductive problems. It is also particularly useful in the treatment of physical problems related to stress, tension and emotional problems.
