Program Description

The Cardiac Anesthesia Division consists of Board Certified Anesthesiologists, who are faculty members of the UMDNJ-RWJMS that have a special interest in cardiac anesthesia. The primary focus of the Cardiac Anesthesia Division is to provide excellence in anesthesia care for patients who are to undergo heart or major thoracic vascular surgery. The Cardiac Anesthesia Division provided dedicated care for over 1200 cardiac surgeries last year.
