Program Description:
The Pediatric Infectious Disease Program provides outpatient and inpatient consultation for children with diagnostic or therapeutic problems thought to be infectious in origin, including but not limited to the following: fever of unknown origin, pneumonia, lymphadenopathy, mononucleosis syndromes, congenital and perinatal infections, Lyme disease and tuberculosis.
The faculty have particular expertise in unusual infections, including those in the immuno-compromised.
