If you are in the process of choosing a new health plan,
we would like to make you aware that Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Group's primary care and specialist physicians participate in a wide array of health plans at multiple sites in Central New Jersey.

The list on the right may assist you in choosing a plan to assure your specialty care continues with a Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Group physician.

Not all RWJ-UMG physicians participate in every health plan.  If you have any questions concerning the status of a physician's participation in a health plan, or if you wish to confirm that the physician of your choice participates in your health plan, please call your health plan directly.  The phone number is usually listed on your membership card. You should determine eligibility prior to arriving for your appointment.
